About EMRA 2023

The event

Following the success of previous EMRA workshops (CNR-Rome 2014, IST-Lisbon 2015, NCL-Newcastle 2016, VICOROB-Girona 2017, UL-Limerick 2018, IFREMER-Toulon 2019, Univ. Pisa-online 2021 and NOC-Southampton 2022), University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (UNIZG-FER) will host the next workshop on marine robotics and applications on 20th and 21th June 2023. Organised under EU projects MONUSEN, UWIN-LABUST, MARBLE, INNOVAMARE and SeaTecHub, this will bring together a diverse range of speakers, from ongoing FP7/H2020 projects, industry, end users and stakeholders. The interdisciplinary event will provide an excellent opportunity for networking and cross-fertilisation of ideas in marine robotics, enabling technologies and applications.

Format

In a single track conference programme over two days there will be 20-25 speakers with time for discussions and networking. Presentations from ongoing EU funded research projects will be mixed with presentations from industry and end users. Breakout space will also be available for exhibits and demonstrations.

ORGANIZED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF:

Funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe Programme Grant No 101060395

Funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe Programme Grant No 101086340.
